Fellow Construction Update
We have now completed the detailed design and all building consents have been submitted for Richmond Fellow, with consents already uplifted for the initial 10 blocks of homes.
Covid Level 4 meant that our civil contractor was delayed by 5 weeks starting on site, with the earthworks also shut down over this time. Since mobilising back to site there has been good progress from both contractors and the earthworks have now been completed. The civil contractor will be working here until July 2022 with the builders on site as well, working on areas that they have completed. Contractors will be working through creating the building platforms, installing services and putting in the roads and footpaths which are already starting to emerge from the site.
Builders are programmed to commence on site in December with the first homes in Richmond Fellow to be completing in Q1 2023.
